Facility
Our library facility is an inviting and exciting place to be! With over 11,000 books everyone is sure to find something interesting to read! In addition to books, the library offers magazines for student circulation. Videos, DVDs, and Book Bags are also offered for classroom use. Access to the internet is provided through bookmarked sites. Our circulation and catalog system is Destiny.
Circulation
Books and periodicals circulate for one week. During the weekly class visit, Kindergarten and First Grade students may borrow 1 book. Second Graders may borrow 2.
Between scheduled visits students may visit the library to select another book.
If a student forgets their library book on their scheduled day they may return it the next day and borrow a new one then.
When all students in a class return their books on their library day they may select an extra book that week!
Renewals
Materials may be renewed if they are not on reserve.
Lost or damaged books
A bill will be sent to cover the cost of replacing lost or damaged items.
